January 04 Second day on the South Beach dietWell the second day started at 5:45 a.am, we went to the gym and ran a mile. Then we went into the work out room and lifted weights for about 40 min's. For lunch we had spicy shrimp and salad, this was one of the best meals that I have ate on a diet. We also could have had a afternoon snack, but either one of us felt like we need that, after all the water you drink, you don't get hungry very often. For dinner we had Italian chicken, a salad, and jello for desert. A very good diner that didn't leave you hungry a hour latter. The South Beach diet has to be one of the easiest diets a person can do. And we are even in the strict weeks. Well I'll post more tomorrow and let you know how we did. By the way I did weight myself after day one and lost 2 pounds. |
